A 20% deposit is required upon acceptance of a quote before work can commence.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this, a revised quote may be required.

While every effort is made to handle living elements with care, we cannot guarantee the survival or long-term health of any plants, trees, or turf following work.

Green waste disposal is not included unless specifically agreed in writing. Where possible, we will use any available green bin or compost heap on-site.

For safety, we ask that you maintain a minimum distance of 3 metres while we work. If you need our attention, please wave or call out from a distance — a friendly shoulder tap might cost us a leg!

We cannot accept responsibility for the health or safety of pets, animals, or persons on-site. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that people and pets are kept clear of all working areas and tools.

If you need to skip a scheduled appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible so we can adjust our schedule.

We work closely with the elements, which means our schedule can shift. We do not offer fixed-time appointments, but will aim to book you into an AM or PM slot. If we’re unable to attend on the day due to weather or unforeseen issues, we’ll aim to visit the next day. If further delays occur, we’ll keep you updated by message.

If we are given access to your garden or property (e.g. via side gate, garage, or key), we will take all reasonable care to leave it in the safe and secure condition in which it was found. However, we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage resulting from third-party access, break-ins, or circumstances beyond our control.
